Bruce Baker is the Founder and Chairman of Worldwide Capital Group Ltd. (WWCAPHK) an affiliated company of Worldwide Capital (WWCAP). As Founder of Worldwide Associates and Worldwide Communications, Inc. (formerly known as Affiliated Holdings), Mr. Baker oversees all of its subsidiaries, and coordinates mergers and acquisitions, public offering, strategic development, financial solutions and private financing transactions.

Mr. Baker began building the Worldwide Capital Corporation over 20 years ago after helping and pioneering the telecommunication industry for 10 years. His endeavors in the industry include buying, building, and selling eleven telecommunication companies of his own. While teaming with companies such as AT&T, Southern Bell, ITT, ATC, MCI, and Sprint. In recent years, Mr. Baker has completed mergers and acquisitions totaling more than US$400 million, and raised over US$800 million in venture and investment capital, with over 27 projects to his credit. Mr. Baker's significant achievement is in assembling an elite team of investment bankers, business and financial advisors to address all aspects of corporate financing development.

Baldwin Yung is a partner at Worldwide Capital Group Ltd. (WWCAPHK) and participats in all areas of direct investments, mergers/acquisitions, public offering, strategic development, and private financing transactions at Worldwide Capital Group Ltd. Hong Kong (WWCAPHK).

With over 20 years of experience in the financial, capital, public accounting and high-technology industries, Mr. Yung has accumulated a wide range of experience. His area of expertise includes private placements of equity and venture capital financings, debt financings, private and public mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for start up and early stage companies. Mr. Yung is co-Founder and a member of the board of directors of Digilava, Inc. [DGLV.PK], a leading Application Service Provider in video rendering technology and event management company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yung worked for global public accounting firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, L.L.P, PKF International (previously known as Pannell, Kerr & Forster), Worldwide CPAs, specializing in external audits and financial advisory services.

Mr. Yung speaks seven different languages and has a B.A. degree in Accounting from University of Oregon. Mr. Yung is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the State of California and was awarded 2004, 2005 and 2006 Businessman of the Year.

Working as a partner, Barron Baker is responsible for handling direct investments, public offerings, strategic developments, mergers/acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Mr. Baker obtained his experience and extensive network in the capital financing field while working as a Venture Capital and Private Equity Consultant at Worldwide Capital (WWCAP). Mr. Baker's initial exposure to capital investment and financial solutions began when he served as the Vice President of Worldwide Telecommunication Associates. Notably, Mr. Baker actively participated in the research and academic programs at the University of Oregon where he worked as a Liaison in foreign affairs for The International Hong Kong Civil Affairs Bureau.

Cherie Lau is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting affairs in our Hong Kong office. Ms. Lau is actively involved in strategic development, compliance and due diligence activities, with over 10 years of financial and operations experience. Prior to joining Worldwide Capital, Ms. Lau spent four years as Administrative Officer in charge of handling corporate affairs and public and media relations at The Hong Kong Society of Accountants. Before that, Ms. Lau has held various human resources and operation roles at Compliance department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Bates Hong Kong Ltd. Ms. Lau also worked in the financial and accounting capacities at University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco. Ms. Lau earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Oregon.

Robert Schulman has been practicing corporate and securities law for more than 45 years.  His practice is concentrated in the areas of public and private offerings, under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, acting as counsel to both issuers and underwriters, including mergers and acquisitions, and reverse mergers, representation of New York Stock Exchange members and NASDAQ member firms in enforcement and arbitration matters and representation of individual clients and broker-dealers before the Securities & Exchange Commission and the US attorney’s Office.  In connection with the registration work, he has prepared and filed all of the requisite forms under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, including Proxy material, Form 10 filings, registrations pursuant to Sections 12(b) and (g) & 13 and 15(d),  and the related Forms 10-K, 8-K and Forms 3,4,&5.  He is also experienced in dealing with Finra and preparing, posting and updating corporate and financial information on his client’s OTC Markets sites.  In recent years, Mr. Schulman has represented Swiss companies engaged in international real estate transactions as well as several Asian companies with interests in shipping, mining and banking.

     Mr. Schulman is a graduate of Duke University with a BA degree in History and English with Honors and Brooklyn Law School, with a JD degree with Honors.  After graduating from law school and before starting his own practice, he was employed by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission as a staff attorney, Division of Enforcement.

Moon Kim is Founder and Managing Partner of Grace Global Management Solutions, Inc., formerly known as International Products Unlimited, Inc., founded in 1995, which is affiliated with leading companies of the industries, providing total financial services in Project Financing, Loan Against Securities, Trade Financing, Private Equity Investment and Development as well as Commodity Trading in various industries. Mr. Kim was also one of the Organizers and Directors of the Board with Touchmark Bancshares, Inc. He organized and launched successful community bank, Touchmark National Bank, which opened for business in January, 2008, after one of the largest and most successful community bank stock offerings in Georgia history through its parent company,Touchmark Bancshares, Inc.  

Touchmark, which is both locally owned and operated, has assets in excess of $95 million as of 2010 with offices in Alpharetta, Duluth and Doraville, GA. Mr. Kim was also serving as Chief Operations Officer at Xaris, Inc. since 2008 who was leading developer and distributor of sustainable energy products such as outdoor LED lighting with wind and/or solar generated power, sensible dimming system, and its smart grid systems. Mr. Kim was also President and CEO of Grace Medical & Educational Resources, Inc., which recruits and places overseas’ nurses and students into the U.S. healthcare organizations and Academic Institutes since 2002. Prior to these ventures, Mr. Kim was in charge of New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineering Group at Nortel Network, Xros MEMS Technology Division. Before Mr. Kim joined Nortel Network, he managed PLC Project and Manufacturing Engineering Group at Tyco Electronics, Fiber Optics Passive Product Division. Mr. Kim held engineering and operations management positions in various hi-tech companies near 25 years.

Mr. Kim received MBA with concentration in Global Management from University of Phoenix. He also has a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at San Jose State University, and completed exchange program focused in Operations Research at University of Alaska, Fairbanks. BS in Industrial Engineering was received from Soong Sil University in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Kim was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, but became culturally sensitive while managing various nationality background employees.
